The Summit 2015 has ended
Thursday, June 18 • 2:45pm - 3:45pm
Elder Salon

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Join us for an intimate gathering of social justice leaders whose lives are a witness to what one person with passion can do to make the world a better place. Summit Elders are people we have identified as mentors for the next generation of trailblazers, willing to impart the lessons learned from their hard work and experience. Take this opportunity to share, learn, and glean wisdom from those who have been walking on the path of servant leadership for a very long time. Topics for this conversation include how to deal with the challenges and the burn-out related to doing advocacy work; how to weather defeats and remain hopeful in the face of adversity; how to balance the work you are called to do and everything else in your life. Come be inspired!
