A Peace of My Mind, by artist John Noltner, is a Summit-length standing installation inviting us to consider ourselves and others as Imago Dei—made in the image of the divine. Since 2009, Noltner has been asking people the simple (or not so simple) question, “What does peace mean to you?” This installation represents their answers, in a stunning diversity of perspective. Voices featured include Holocaust survivors, the homeless, political refugees, and more.
What does peace mean to you? We invite you to wander among these stories and contemplate—or share—your own answers as you move through The Summit this week.
